SC Active 4000 is a high-speed coin sorter with total flexibility. SCAN COIN’s unique electronic counting sensor technology provides outstanding accuracy, rejecting foreign and counterfeit coins. It provides Active Sorting™ into nine slots, including rejects, by the use of solenoids. SC Active 4000 means flexible sorting as the outlets can be allocated just as you prefer. Any denomination can be allocated to any outlet and more than one outlet can be allocated to each denomination. With the Active Sorting™ function, SC Active 4000 does not even have to stop when one bag is full - all the other denominations will be continuously processed. Full bags are indicated both on-screen and by indicator lights above each bag.

Built in Cash Management System
Using the keypad, the ID-numbers etc. can be entered and up to four levels of memory are available in the built-in cash management system. Instructions and various statistics are presented on the screen and/or on the optional 32-column printer that produces a paper record of each transaction. The built-in cash management system provides four levels of memory: transaction, sub-total, total and grand total. In addition to coin counted by the machine, the operator can manually enter values for notes (by denomination), plastic tokens, cheques, credit cards etc., as well as an expected total for the transaction. A standard bar code reader can be fitted to read directly from bar code labels.
